F.A.Q.At Indigo Star Creations, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. Q - I am looking for a quote for my stationery? A You need to look at the files as our Invitations start at R 5 up to R 50 a card or we can design your card the pricing would then depend on the papers you choose. We can make an invite to fit your budget
Q Im looking to make my own invitations / stationery? A No problem we hold stocks of papers and will do only the printing should you need it and you can finish off the invitations yourself
Q How do I make an appointment? A We dont make specific appointments on Saturdays as we have an open door policy, however you are welcome to make a fixed appointment for in the week for our undivided attention.
Q Who should I bring with to the appointment? A Our experience shows us, that you should bring someone whose judgement you trust, bringing lots of friends and family to view may just confuse you as they all have different tastes
Q Do you make a sample? A We would create a sample for you if possible. Lets discuss it.
Q What should I bring for the appointment? A As much information as you can, regarding your colours, and if you have a design in mind. As well as the information for your wording
Q When should we send out our Invitations? A Invitations should be sent out at least 6 to 8 weeks before your special day. Earlier if you are expecting guests to travel from afar, as to allow for accommodation plans.
Q Do you do unveiling cards? A Yes we do we have a selection to chose from.
Q Do you do have minimum quantities? A No we accept any order sizes
